Onboarding and standards
New locations start from the network standard — checklists, merchandising tasks, stock lines — with their own hours, targets and team. The network view includes them immediately, so the first week is measured like every other.
Common questions
Can a franchisor see franchisee staff records?
Franchisors see performance and compliance at location level. Individual staff administration stays with the location's own owner or manager.
How are accounts structured for a network?
Either the franchisor holds a multi-location account covering the network, or each franchisee holds their own account. Both are supported; pricing for additional locations is on the pricing page.
Does it calculate royalties?
No. It records the takings and operational data a royalty calculation relies on, but it does not issue royalty invoices.
