Retail operations platform
Retail operations software that runs every store from one place
OPZAIQ brings staff sign-on, sales targets, inventory and expiry control, merchandising checklists, invoice tracking and AI reporting into a single retail operations platform. Owners see every store; managers and staff see only theirs.
What retail operations software has to cover
A point-of-sale system records the sale. It rarely tells you who was on the floor when it happened, whether the store hit its target for the day, which stock is about to expire, whether the window display was actually reset on Monday, or which supplier invoice is still unpaid. Most multi-store retailers fill that gap with spreadsheets, group chats and a paper diary, and then spend the end of every month reconciling them.
OPZAIQ is the operational record that sits around the till. Every sign-on, sales figure, stock count, batch, invoice, checklist and ambassador code belongs to a specific store, so the numbers you compare between sites are built the same way at each one.
Built for groups, not single shops
Access follows the account. Casual staff clock on from their own phone and see only their store's roster and checklists. Store managers run their own site end to end. Owners, area managers and franchisors move between every store and compare them side by side without exporting anything.
That means one store's wage cost and stock position never leaks into another store's screen, and head office still gets a group-level view without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.
| What it handles | How it works |
|---|---|
| Staff sign-on and sign-off | Staff clock on and off from their own phone with a personal PIN. Breaks come off automatically and daily and weekly hours total themselves. |
| Sales targets and performance | Each store enters the day's takings against a set daily target, and the dashboard compares the week to the one before it. |
| Inventory and reorder points | Count on hand per line, flag anything under its reorder point, and match supplier deliveries to what actually arrived. |
| Expiry and batch control | Every batch carries a number and an expiry date, rotated oldest-first, with a countdown before stock reaches its use-by. |
| Checklists and merchandising | Opening, closing and visual merchandising tasks are set per store and ticked off on the floor, so head office can see what was actually done. |
| Invoices and ambassadors | Supplier invoices are logged as to-be-paid or paid, and ambassador codes are tracked through to redemption. |
Where the AI actually helps
OPZAIQ summarises the operational record instead of leaving you to read it. It writes the week in plain language: which stores landed above and below target, where hours ran over the roster, which lines are short-dated, which checklists were skipped and what changed against the week before.
The point is not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. It is that the daily entries staff already make become a readable operational summary for whoever is responsible for the result.
Common questions
Is OPZAIQ a point-of-sale system?
No. OPZAIQ does not process customer transactions and is not a till. It runs alongside whatever POS you already use: the POS rings up the sale, and OPZAIQ handles the operations around it — sign-on and hours, targets and takings, stock counts and expiry dates, checklists, invoices and ambassador codes.
How many stores can it handle?
There is no practical limit on store count. Plans start with a single site and the multi-location plan adds sites as the group grows, with each store keeping its own staff, stock, targets and checklists under one group account.
What do staff need to install?
Nothing. OPZAIQ runs in a phone browser and can be saved to a home screen so it opens like an app. Staff sign on with a three-digit PIN issued by their manager.
