Retail staff management software with phone sign-on
Add a team member, and OPZAIQ issues a three-digit PIN and a welcome message you can text them. From there they sign on and off from their own phone, and their hours total themselves.
From hire to first shift in one step
A new staff record captures name, contact details, employee code and the store they belong to. OPZAIQ generates the PIN, and a one-tap SMS welcomes them and relays it with a reminder not to share it. Nothing else needs to be issued — no app download, no email invite chain.
Until a manager enters someone in the system, they cannot sign on at all. That is deliberate: the store's roster and hours record stays under the manager's control.
Hours you can rely on at pay time
Sign-on and sign-off is stamped from the staff member's own phone. Breaks are deducted, so daily and weekly totals are worked hours rather than time elapsed. Clocked hours sit next to rostered hours, so an overrun shows up in the week it happened rather than at the end of the fortnight.
Because every entry belongs to a store, a manager reviews only their own team while an owner can compare hours across the group.

Performance, not just attendance
Attendance alone says little. OPZAIQ puts hours next to the store's takings against target for the same period, so you can see the shifts where the floor was covered and the days where cover did not convert. Ambassador codes and taste-testing sessions add a second view of who is actually driving sales.
Common questions
Can staff sign on from anywhere?
Sign-on happens on the staff member's phone through the staff portal, using their PIN. Managers can review the day's entries and correct a missed sign-off.
Who can see staff PINs?
Only owners and admins, and only through a role-checked lookup. PINs are not exposed in ordinary staff lists, and a PIN can be reissued if someone shares theirs.
Does OPZAIQ run payroll?
No. OPZAIQ produces the hours record — worked hours per person, per day and per week, per store — which you use in whatever payroll system you already run.
