Checklists and accountability

Retail task management with checklists staff actually complete

Opening, closing, cleaning, counting and compliance tasks live on the phone in the store, not on a laminated sheet nobody signs. Completion is visible per store and per day.

Why paper checklists stop working at two stores

A single owner-operated shop can run on habit. As soon as there are several sites and a rotating casual team, habit is not transferable. The tasks that quietly matter — fridge temperatures, counts, cash-up, restocking, cleaning — get done inconsistently, and nobody notices until something goes wrong.

OPZAIQ makes the list the same every day, in every store, on the device staff already carry. Ticking a task records who did it and when.

Recurring by design

Daily tasks repeat automatically, so nobody rebuilds tomorrow's list tonight. Weekly and promotional tasks appear on the day they apply. Anything skipped stays visible rather than disappearing at midnight.

Visibility without micromanagement

Managers see their own store's day. Owners see completion across every store in one view, which is usually enough to spot the site that needs support rather than the site that needs a phone call every morning.

Common questions

Can tasks be assigned to a specific person?

Tasks belong to the store's day and are completed by whoever is on shift, which suits rotating casual teams. The record captures who completed each one.

Do staff need a login to complete tasks?

Staff sign in to the staff portal with their three-digit PIN, so completions are attributable without issuing full accounts.

Can head office change lists for every store at once?

Owners and admins manage lists per store and can copy a standard list to new sites when opening a location.
