Because takings live in the same system, a promotion reset can be read against the days that followed it. That will not prove causation, but it does show which stores executed and how their week went — which is usually enough to know where to spend the next visit.

Can staff attach evidence to a merchandising task?
Tasks are completed by the staff member on the floor and stamped with who completed them and when, giving head office a record per store without collecting photos manually.
Do all stores get the same list?
Not necessarily. A group standard can go to every site, and individual stores can carry extra or reduced tasks that reflect their fixtures.
Is this separate from daily checklists?
It uses the same task system as opening and closing checklists, so staff work from one list rather than several apps.
