Fashion retail operations software for visual standards and staffing
Apparel retail is won on presentation and floor coverage. OPZAIQ sets merchandising standards per store, records staff sign-on and hours, and measures every site's takings against its daily target.
Visual standards across every store
A window reset, a promotional bay or a new floor plan means nothing if it lands in three of five stores. OPZAIQ turns the standard into per-store tasks with due dates, completed on the floor and reported back as completion rates rather than photographs.
Because stores differ in floor space and fixtures, task lists are set per site while the group standard stays consistent where it applies.
Floor coverage and the cost of it
Apparel trade is peaky, and staffing is the lever. Staff sign on from their own phone, hours total with breaks deducted, and clocked hours sit next to rostered hours and the store's takings for the same week — so cover and conversion are read together.
| What it handles | How it works |
|---|---|
| Merchandising standards | Window, floor and bay resets set per store with due dates. |
| Completion reporting | Which stores executed the standard and when. |
| Staff sign-on | PIN sign-on from staff phones with automatic break deduction. |
| Hours vs roster | Clocked hours against rostered hours for the same week. |
| Stock counts | On-hand counts and reorder points on core lines per store. |
| Store comparison | Takings against target for every store, side by side. |
Counts that survive a season change
Stock counts with reorder points per store keep the basics in stock while seasonal lines move, and supplier invoices are reconciled against what actually arrived.
Common questions
Does OPZAIQ handle size and colour variants?
Stock is counted by line per store. Groups that need variant-level counts usually keep those in their POS and use OPZAIQ for counts, reorder points, merchandising, staffing and takings.
Can I see which stores completed a promotional reset?
Yes. Merchandising tasks report completion per store and per day, including anything skipped.
Does it replace my POS?
No. It sits alongside the POS and covers the operations the till does not: standards, stock counts, staff hours, invoices and daily takings against target.
