Groups and area management

Multi-store management software for retail groups

Run two stores or twenty from one account. Every entry belongs to a store, every store rolls into the group view, and each person only sees the sites they are responsible for.

The problem with running stores separately

When each site keeps its own spreadsheet, the group has no comparable numbers. One manager counts stock weekly, another monthly. One records takings before refunds, another after. By the time head office consolidates it, the week is over and the differences are unexplainable.

OPZAIQ removes the reconciliation step by capturing the same entries the same way at every store. Comparison is a view, not a monthly project.

Access that matches your structure

Casual staff see their own store: roster, sign-on, checklists. Store managers run their site — staff records, stock, invoices, takings. Area managers and owners move across every store. Franchisors get group visibility without touching individual staff records.

Because access is set on the account, onboarding a new store manager is one change, not a set of shared logins and passwords circulating in a group chat.

OPZAIQ multi-store management features
What it handlesHow it works
Store switcherMove between stores from one login, with the group roll-up one tap away.
Per-store targetsEach site carries its own daily and weekly sales target rather than a single group number.
Scoped accessStaff and managers are attached to a store; owners and admins see every site.
Side-by-side comparisonTakings, hours, stock risk and checklist completion ranked across all stores.
Per-store trading hoursOpening hours are set per site, so 'closed' reflects that store's real week.
New site setupAdd a location with its own staff, stock and checklists without disturbing existing stores.

Opening a new site

A new store starts with its own trading hours, staff list, targets, stock lines and checklists, copied from an existing site as a starting point. Nothing about adding a location changes how the other stores work, and the group view picks it up immediately.

Common questions

Can a manager be given two stores?

Yes. Managers can be scoped to more than one site when they cover multiple locations, while casual staff normally stay attached to a single store.

How is a multi-location plan priced?

The multi-location plan covers a group and adds further sites for a fixed amount per additional location. Current pricing is on the pricing page.

Do stores share stock records?

No. Stock, counts and batches belong to the store that holds them, which is what makes expiry tracking and reorder points meaningful per site.
