One screen, every store
A retail KPI dashboard built from your daily entries
Takings against target, hours worked, stock under reorder point, batches nearing expiry and checklists completed — for today, this week and every store, without building a report.
The KPIs that change a retail week
Most retail dashboards show revenue and leave it there. Revenue on its own does not tell you what to do on Thursday. OPZAIQ puts the operational drivers next to it: the hours that produced the sales, the stock that is about to run out, the batches about to date out, and the routine work that was or was not done.
Everything shown comes from entries staff already make, so there is no separate reporting step and nothing to reconcile.
Today, this week, and the week before
The dashboard leads with today — takings entered so far, which stores have not entered yet — then this week against target, then the same week last time for comparison. Progress is measured against the days actually traded and entered, not a theoretical full week.
| What it handles | How it works |
|---|---|
| Takings vs target | Today and this week against each store's daily target. |
| Entries outstanding | Stores that have not entered today's takings yet. |
| Hours worked | Clocked hours for the period, next to the sales they produced. |
| Stock risk | Lines under reorder point across the group. |
| Expiry exposure | Batches inside their countdown window, ordered by urgency. |
| Checklist completion | Task and merchandising completion per store. |
| Plan status | Subscription state and next payment date for the account. |
The same numbers for everyone
A store manager opens the dashboard and sees their site. An owner sees the group and each store's contribution. Because both are reading the same records, a conversation about a bad week starts from agreed numbers.
Common questions
Is the dashboard live?
Yes. It reads the current records, so a takings entry made at close appears immediately, and stock or checklist changes are reflected as they are made.
Can I see one store at a time?
Yes. The group view rolls every site up, and the store switcher narrows the dashboard to a single location.
Can I export it?
Weekly and staff-period reports can be produced from the same data for sharing outside the app.
