Common questions
Can staff see their roster on a phone?
Yes. The roster opens in a phone browser, and the site can be saved to a home screen so it launches like an app. Staff see their own shifts for the week along with the clock in and out buttons.
How does the time clock handle breaks?
Break time is recorded during the shift and deducted from the shift total, so the daily and weekly hours shown are worked hours rather than time elapsed between clocking on and off.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Rosters are built per outlet and staff accounts belong to a specific outlet, so a manager only ever edits their own site's week while an owner can move between all of them.
Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. Saving it to a phone home screen gives it an app icon and a full-screen window without an app store download.
