Reports you will read

Retail AI reporting that writes the week for you

Instead of exporting numbers into a spreadsheet on Sunday night, OPZAIQ writes the week up: what each store did against target, where hours went, what stock is at risk and what was missed.

From data to a readable week

Reporting fails when it produces a file nobody opens. A written summary works because it is short, specific and comparative: this store finished 6% under target, driven by two soft weekdays; hours ran nine over roster; four lines are under reorder point; two batches expire within a fortnight.

OPZAIQ generates that from the same records staff enter every day, per store and for the group, so the summary and the underlying detail never disagree.

Weekly and per-period

Weekly reports cover the trading week. Staff-period reports cover a pay period, which is the version managers usually need when approving hours. Both can be produced on demand rather than waiting for a scheduled run.

Ready to send

Reports are written to be forwarded — to a business partner, an accountant or a franchisor — without editing out internal jargon or reformatting a spreadsheet first.

Common questions

Are the reports based on estimates?

No. Every figure comes from an entry made in OPZAIQ — a takings entry, a clocked shift, a stock count, a batch, a completed task — and can be opened and checked.

Who receives the reports?

Access follows account roles: managers get their own store, owners and admins get every store and the group roll-up.

Can I share a report outside the business?

Yes. Reports are written as plain summaries that can be forwarded to a partner, accountant or franchisor.
