AI is only useful if the data underneath it is real
Most AI retail tools ask you to connect a data source and then produce charts you could already draw. OPZAIQ works the other way round: the operational entries are captured in the same system, in a consistent shape, at every store. Because a takings entry, a clocked shift and a batch expiry all belong to a known store and date, a summary can be written without guessing.
That is what makes the output trustworthy. When OPZAIQ says a store ran 14 hours over roster last week, it is reading clocked time against rostered time from the same records a manager can open and check.
What the AI reporting actually tells you
A weekly summary names the stores above and below target, the size of the gap, the days that dragged the week down, hours worked against hours rostered, stock lines sitting under reorder point, batches inside their expiry window and checklists that were not completed.
Owners get the group picture in a paragraph. Store managers get their own site, with the same numbers, so nobody is arguing about whose spreadsheet is right.

Where judgement stays with you
OPZAIQ does not change prices, reorder stock or discipline staff. It surfaces what happened and what is about to become a problem — short-dated stock, an unpaid invoice, a store that has missed target four days running — and leaves the decision with the person accountable for it.
Common questions
Does the AI need historical data before it is useful?
No. The summaries describe the period you have entered, so the first full week already produces a useful write-up. Comparisons against previous weeks get richer as the record builds.
Can staff see the AI reports?
Reports follow the same access rules as everything else. Managers see their own store's summary, while owners and admins see every store and the group roll-up.
Does the AI make changes on its own?
No. It reports and flags. Reordering stock, adjusting targets, changing rosters and writing off expired batches are all actions a person takes.
