Franchisors and franchisees
Franchise management software with real compliance visibility
Set the operating standard once, let each franchisee run their own store inside it, and see comparable numbers across the network without collecting spreadsheets.
Consistency is the franchise product
A franchise network sells a repeatable operation. Enforcing that operation is the hard part: each franchisee runs their own team, their own stock and their own week, and head office usually finds out how it went weeks later, in a format nobody agrees on.
OPZAIQ gives every location the same operational shape — sign-on and hours, daily takings against target, stock counts and batch expiry, checklists and merchandising — so the network's numbers are comparable by construction.
Franchisee autonomy, franchisor visibility
Franchisees and their managers work inside their own store: their staff, their stock, their invoices. Franchisors see completion and performance across the network without editing individual staff records or interfering in day-to-day trade.
That separation matters legally as much as practically, and it means one franchisee never sees another's trading.
| What it handles | How it works |
|---|---|
| Network standards | Checklists, merchandising and stock lines copied to each new location. |
| Per-franchisee access | Each franchisee sees only their own store's staff, stock and trading. |
| Franchisor view | Compliance and performance across the network in one place. |
| Comparable targets | Each location carries its own target while being measured the same way. |
| Onboarding a site | New locations start from the network standard rather than a blank slate. |
| Network reporting | Weekly written summaries per location and for the network. |
Onboarding a new location
A new franchise starts from the network's standard: its checklists, merchandising tasks and stock lines are copied in, its trading hours and targets are set, and its team is added with PIN sign-on. The network view picks the site up immediately.
Common questions
Can franchisees see each other's numbers?
No. Access is scoped to the location, so a franchisee sees their own store. Only franchisor-level accounts see the network view.
Who pays for the subscription in a franchise network?
Either model works: a franchisor can hold a multi-location account covering the network, or each franchisee can hold their own account. Pricing for additional locations is on the pricing page.
Does it handle royalty calculations?
OPZAIQ records the operational and takings data a royalty calculation is based on. It does not issue royalty invoices.
